1. Where do you ship to? We ship to all addresses in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. International shipping is not available yet.

2. What are the shipping options and costs? Our US delivery options:

  • Express Shipping: 3–6 business days — $20
  • Free Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days — $0 (free on orders meeting the minimum threshold)
  • Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days — $10 (if below free shipping threshold)

The exact free shipping threshold is shown clearly at checkout.

3. How long does delivery take?

  • Express: 3–6 business days
  • Standard / Free Standard: 7–14 business days

Business days exclude weekends and federal holidays. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

4. Do you offer free shipping? Yes! Free Standard Shipping (7–14 business days) is available on qualifying orders. The threshold appears automatically during checkout.

5. What is your return policy? We want you to be happy with your juicer. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original condition with all packaging and accessories. Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product. Full details are on our Returns page.

6. How do I track my order? You’ll receive a tracking number and link via email after your order ships. You can also check status in your JuicoraPress account under “My Orders”.

7. What payment methods do you accept? We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shopify Pay.

8. Are the juicers easy to clean? Most of our juicers feature easy-to-clean designs with dishwasher-safe parts. We also provide cleaning brushes and tips to make cleanup quick and simple.

9. Can I cancel or change my order? Please contact us as soon as possible via email (support@juicorapress.com) or live chat. Because we process orders quickly, changes are only possible before shipping.
